Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tech For Pets. We currently ship within the United States only. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.


Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no exceptions.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to all 50 US states. Once dispatched, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability.

Please note: delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) may take longer than the standard estimate.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your dispatch notification.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us using the contact details below.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Tech For Pets is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at support@techforpets.co — changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us right away. We will work quickly to make it right:

  • Damaged items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • Lost orders: contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Resolution options include a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on the situation.
